Testimonials

There are many great and rewarding aspects of having started nomie baby: watching my idea go from a thought to a product, working with incredible people, watching the products and brand grow in popularity, exposure and sales, and hearing from customers who are happy with how easy it is to solve problems!

This evening I opened my email to read a note from a customers, and was thrilled to hear her happy-mess...

"I've been meaning to write.

I saw you speak at Barnes and Nobel at the Collective-E Mompreneur Event and I won a car seat cover.

It was PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT on our recent trip to MD. We drove down to see my parents and had no traffic so I pushed through and didn't stop. My daughter is 17mo so she sleeps throught the night longer than we were in teh car (4.5hrs) so I figured we'd make it safely. No such luck. She was soaked and more importantly, the car seat would've been destroyed if I hadn't put the nomie baby car seat cover on that morning. We got to MD, I handed her off to her grandparents, before we even got to the front door, and 5 minutes later the cover was in the laundry ready for our trip back to NYC.

THANK YOU! Plus, the pink cover is so much nicer than the random gender-neutral car seat we ended up with.

Good luck!"

How to remove a Graco car seat cover?

slip the cover over existing cover open Velcro and pull the straps through close the Velcro around the straps at desired height

Pull the elastic edges
over the entire
car seat.

Slip the straps
through the velcro
openings in the cover.

Done!
When a big spill, accident or exploding diapers happens, the last thing you want to do is fish around in "that" drawer for the car seat manual, if you even bothered to keep it. NO, you just want to get the cover off as quickly and painlessly as possible, and throw it in the washing machine. Instead, in order to get the Graco or Britax or another manufacturer's car seat cover off, you will need a lot of time, patience and memory.
  • Time, because you will need to take the car seat out of the car, and once you get the cover off, you will need to wait until it has been washed and dried and reassembled before you can use the car seat again.
  • Patience, because figuring out how to disassemble the straps can be frustrating, and
  • Memory, because you have to remember exactly what you did, so that you can put it all back together just as you found it, which is not the safest feeling!

There is a better way! The nomie baby car infant and toddler seat covers make cleanups hassle-free, and as easy as 1, 2, 3! They are cozy, removable, washable, and waterproof covers for infant and toddler car seats, and they are designed so you don't need to take the car seat out of the car, or disassemble the straps. Our covers fit most car seat brands, including Graco, Britax, and more. They slip right over the existing cover, so while they are in the washing machine and dryer, you can still use the car seat. Then when they are clean, you just slip them back on, and get ready for the happy-mess!
