When traveling with children to key is to be prepared, and resign yourself to the fact that the days of going "carry-on" or packing light are gone, or at least for a while. a change of clothes, and spare shirt for you, just in case
an extra bottle or sippy cut

favorite toy or blankie
toys or activities that are new, so they are occupied
